Free resources for people with aphasia to get online
The Aphasia team at the Stroke Association have been working on a suite of free resources for people with aphasia to help them get online, access therapy practice exercises and evidence-based Apps, and use video call. People with aphasia and specialist SLTs have been involved throughout the process starting with a consultation with more than 100 people with aphasia UK-wide.
To mark Aphasia Awareness Month, the Stroke Association has published a full guide ‘Getting Online for People with Aphasia’ about getting online and using technology. The guide has been created using images and key words.
